Why are the Station Playlist Request Links Blank?

I tried to go on to the KHKS-FM Mediabase Station Playlist Request Website to request some songs. When I clicked on the link it took me to a white screen. Tried refreshing it, and nothing changed. Are the song request links no longer working?
