downloading music for radio stations
Just wondering...when looking to add music to your gold library, what sources do you use?
Re: downloading music for radio stations
I do Play MPE and newmusicserver.com.

You should both try All Access Downloads. Quicker and easier at http://www.allaccess.com/aadl
More labels and songs being added daily.
If you don't have permissions yet, just fill out the form and we will see about getting you hooked up, pronto.
Thanks -- Joel

You will NEVER want to use MP3 files on a broadcast station. It's an algorithmic REPRODUCTION of music. PURCHASE or use CD imports at WAV or LOSS LESS files and invest in larger hard drives. Any engineer will prove my point with a scope. But, if you're a signally-challenged FM trying to get beyond your 1 mv/m contour, then it doesn't matter anyway because you've probably already squished all the dynamic range out of your station. You may as well use 128 kbps MP3 files anyway. It won't make any difference. You can't build any TSL--ESPECIALLY with females. Open and clean with LESS coverage area will garner more listeners than LOUD and squished reaching out a handful of extra miles. Sorry to borrow from John Hogan, but "less IS more."
