Facebook Live/Periscope Question

Okay so I've seen shows do this so I know it's possible but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to tell me how they do it. For Instagram and stuff I get applying the recorded mic audio in post but how does one get the audio from the console to their device for Facebook Live or Periscope? There is a way to get connect their micr to their phone while on-air. Does anyone here know who to do that?

I don't know the full answer but bear in mind, if your station plays music and you attempt to broadcast it, Facebook and Periscope will shut down your video in short order.

If I wanted to stream content live on FB or periscope I would send the outgoing audio from the control board to the input jack of the PC. I doubt your phone has an input jack. There are many youtube tutorials on live streaming.
