Doc: I have had a few phone calls from listeners about the TNT Drama “Boom” promo campaign and wonder if you have tested it in any of your research. - Ray

Yes, I have seen research on the “Boom” promo and all I can say is that many respondents used a word I don’t hear too often – hackneyed. Not familiar with that word? It means commonplace, trite, stale; lacking significance through having been overused; unoriginal.
