Rumors on Simon and Garfunkel's tour

Heard rumors that Simon & Garfunkel tour dates originally scheduled for April and May are being postponed to July due to Art Garfunkel's "vocal strain."

But elsewhere on the internet it was said that it was because of poor business practices by their tour manager.. ?

Does anyone know anything about this?

It was confirmed that it was due to his voice. Did not hear anything about poor business practices...
