Should A.S. Format be on FM?

Had a conversation to today with an employee that told me that the A.S. Format should remain on AM stations. Looking around on the site I discovered that most of them are... but is there a place for Adult Standards (the great music of the yesteryear) on the FM dial?? I think so, but is there any support for this?

I do not believe there is a full place for this on the FM dial anymore... Research shows that the audience that's tuning into this will do so on either FM or AM and that they may even like the AM sound with it more. After looking over this forum I also agree that there is a market for this online and have seen a few examples of shows taking advantage of this.
